1.1 ATTACH THE OPTIONAL

DISCHARGE TUBE

1. Movethechipperdeectorweldmentinsidethechipper

housingupward(Figure1.1).

Beforeinspectingorservicinganypartofthismachine,

shutoffpowersource,removekey,disconnectthebat-

terycablesandmakesureallmovingpartshavecome

toacompletestop.

WARNING

2. Slide the discharge tube onto the chipper housing

ensuring that the weld studs t into the notches on

thediskcover(Figure1.2).Tightenusing5/16”ange

nuts.

3. Inserttwo3/8”x5-1/2”boltsintotheboltholesonthe

chipperdeectorandtightenusing3/8”washersand

3/8”nylocknuts(Figure1.2).
